Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The Pharmacy Branch Manager will be accountable for leading the team to achieve business objectives, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Leadership and Performance:
• Set clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for the team, monitoring progress and providing feedback.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement, encouraging staff to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and morale, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and contributions.

Business Growth and Development:
• Drive sales revenue growth, expanding market share and improving customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, implementing strategies to promote additional services and products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns, events, and activities that drive business growth.

Operational Efficiency:
• Oversee the efficient operation of the pharmacy, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff management.
• Implement processes and procedures to optimize business performance, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies regarding pharmaceutical products, storage, and handling.

Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding patient care, confidentiality, and security.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with pharmacy operations, developing strategies to prevent and respond to adverse events and incidents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk management and compliance teams, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer trends, and operational metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, recommending strategic initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, marketing, and IT departments.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
