Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an executive secretary. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate records and files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule management: Arrange appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Communication: Answer and screen phone calls and correspondence directed to the CEO.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Document preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.
  • Team collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and staff members to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO's office.
  • Administrative tasks: Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fresh candidates welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Candidates should be willing to work a regular shift from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.
