Job Title: Office Manager

About the Role:

The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the office, ensuring its effective operation and delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that align with industry standards and client expectations.

This position requires a dynamic professional with exceptional leadership, organisational, administrative, and management skills to oversee multiple business functions.

The Office Manager will be responsible for promoting a positive and high-performance culture, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and supporting business growth.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Lead and manage the team, including resource allocation and task delegation.
  2. Cultivate cross-functional collaboration with technical teams, operations, and project managers to achieve seamless project execution.
  3. Management of weekly time sheets, work order trackers, and job number reports.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Regularly assess team productivity and ensure adherence to established quality benchmarks and reporting protocols.
  6. Establish individual targets aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  7. Ensure designs are delivered on budget, on schedule, and compliant with program standards.
  8. Coordinate civil works designs for approval bodies and tender documentation.
  9. Develop and support the expansion of the business through sales and project initiatives.
  10. Support recruitment activities, ensuring the hiring of ambitious and skilled professionals.
  11. Maintain organised projects documentation (e.g., working drawings, purchase orders) and collaborate with other teams to issue necessary records.
  12. Provide administration support when needed.
  13. Address inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  14. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
