
HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time HR Business Partner to support our rapidly growing operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to provide strategic HR solutions. Key responsibilities include understanding the business status, providing HR solutions, coordinating daily HR needs, promoting HR policies, and performing additional tasks assigned by HR Leadership or Country Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
• Understand and diagnose business and operational status of supported departments
• Provide HR solutions based on actual needs and implement them to support strategic goals
• Coordinate daily HR needs such as recruitment, performance management, team building, personnel development, incentive programs, employee relations, cultural development, and addressing employee concerns
• Promote implementation of HR policies and processes within business departments and provide feedback for improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of HR experience including minimum 2 years as an HR Business Partner
• Rich experience in modules such as salary and performance management, recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, or talent development
• Strong business insight, interpersonal skills, time management, and willingness to handle multiple modules and projects based on business needs
• High sense of responsibility, intelligence, humility, introspection, enthusiasm, and self-drive
• Fluent in Urdu and proficient in English
About the Role:
