Core Banking Domain Expert

We're seeking an experienced Core Banking Domain Expert to join our team and provide expertise on core banking operations, CASA management, interest calculation methods, general ledger operations, and clearing and settlement. As a key member of our R&D team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance, with experience in core banking operations and domain expertise. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise on core banking operations, CASA management, interest calculation methods, general ledger operations, and clearing and settlement.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.">
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the product meets customer expectations and drives business growth.">
  • Maintain a deep understanding of banking and finance regulations and ensure compliance.">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.">
  • Provide input to the product roadmap and strategy.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in core banking operations and domain expertise, preferably in the banking and finance industry.">
  • Strong understanding of banking and finance regulations.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.">
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.">
