The role involves supporting the design, deployment, operations, and development of privileged access management infrastructure and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure with other systems to achieve straight-through processing and reduce manual work.
  • Provide ongoing operations support, including management reporting and dashboards related to governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in deploying, configuring, managing, and supporting CyberArk infrastructure components. Ability to support regionally and integrate CyberArk solutions via APIs. CyberArk certifications are preferred.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and SQL to develop management reports on privileged account usage and operations.
  • Data visualization experience using Grafana for creating dashboards and visualizations, translating complex data into understandable formats for decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of PAM principles, including risk management, compliance, governance, and policy development.
  • Audit experience, responding to queries, preparing reports, analyzing findings, and collaborating with auditors to ensure compliance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving CyberArk object issues to maintain security and operational standards.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Unix, MSSQL, and MariaDB systems for managing and securing privileged accounts.
  • Banking or financial services environment experience and regulatory/security requirements knowledge.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant experience with CyberArk certifications.
