Cyber Security Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing expert support for complex information assurance solutions and performing specialized information security services.

As a Cyber Security Support Specialist, you will have hands-on experience with Kaspersky Endpoint Security and strong knowledge of EDR/XDR platforms for threat detection and response. You will also have expertise in Forcepoint DLP – policy configuration and implementation, as well as practical experience with IBM QRadar SIEM – use case development, log integration, and incident handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage security solutions end-to-end, from design to post-deployment support
  • Provide excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless on-site deployment and support
  • Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or relevant IT security roles
  • Strong technical foundation in network and system security (Windows/Linux)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certifications in relevant areas would be an added advantage
