Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in production operations and facilities. Your responsibilities include managing daily activities to prevent delays or non-availability of products, conducting line clearance and in-process checks of manufacturing and finishing operations, as well as GEMBA inspections of warehouse, utilities, and facilities.

The successful candidate will maintain and improve existing quality processes, participate in validation and qualification activities, ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary documentation, calibration and verification of in-process equipment, and active participation in handling exception reports, internal quality investigations, and customer complaints.

You will also train newly inducted QA inspectors in production areas on QA-related processes and procedures. To be successful in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Science).">
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices).">
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including ISO 9001 and GMP guidelines.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.">
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.">
