Event Venue Operations Manager

We are seeking an organized and proactive Event Venue Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our event space.

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Conduct routine inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Handle procurement of necessary supplies, including groceries, tools, equipment, and other materials.
  • Maintain detailed inventory and purchasing records for efficient operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics, bookings, and staff assignments for scheduled events.
  • Manage documentation related to bookings, vendor contracts, and compliance.
  • Oversee and process all payments related to venue bookings, ensuring timely payment is received.
  • Schedule visitor appointments accurately and coordinate their timings to avoid conflicts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in venue, event, or operations management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience handling documents and payments.
  • Basic maintenance and facility oversight skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
