Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition and Learning Specialist. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and developing a high-performance workforce within our retail segment.
">- This entails assessing current organizational needs to identify immediate hiring requirements as well as long-term recruiting goals aligned with our Head Office.
Responsibilities also include conducting talent acquisition visits at various recruitment venues such as universities, open houses, job fairs, and on-site interviews to promote employer branding.
The selected candidate will be expected to execute operational tasks such as verification, confirmation, transfer, headcount revisions, and full and final settlements in addition to ensuring induction and training of all new employees.
Liaison with line managers is also required to address disciplinary and grievance matters effectively.
Key skills required include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable institution, previous exposure to the Fashion/Textile/Retail industry, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in ERP literacy along with MS applications.
