About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at AlgoRepublic Private Limited. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. This will involve growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts, identifying new revenue opportunities, building business relationships with current and potential clients, and attending networking events to attract and retain clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development or a similar role. You should also have experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.


Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development in a software house
  2. Software house job knowledge of at least 2 years
