Strategic Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at HR Ways. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion into the IT enterprise sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze client needs and market requirements to create tailored solutions.
- Identify and prospect new enterprise clients, building a robust pipeline of potential customers.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Lead the sales process from initial engagement to closing deals.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials.
- Partner with the delivery team to ensure smooth implementation of sold solutions.
Proposal and Contract Management:
- Develop and present formal proposals, pricing models, and contract terms.
- Work with legal and procurement teams to ensure agreements meet the company's standards.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track sales metrics and business development activities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress.
- Prepare detailed reports on pipeline status and forecasts.
Industry Networking & Events:
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships.
- Stay informed on the latest IT industry developments.
