Job DescriptionThis role involves managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely submission of compliant bids that meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing bid teams and inputs from stakeholders, engaging with sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and project management / delivery.
- Developing a clear win strategy for each bid, ensuring win themes are compelling.
- Resolving complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
- Preparing and reviewing commercial aspects of the bid, including products / services offered.
- Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
- Contributing to written proposals, providing guidance on content and presentation.
- Managing bid budget and monitoring performance against KPIs.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in IT Services Industry with Bid Management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in fast-paced environments.
- A proven track record of delivering winning bids.
- A self-driven, resourceful individual able to work independently and within teams.
