Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and manage corporate groups communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dairy, poultry, feed mills, food factories and beverage industry sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenues.
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and managing existing client relationships.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
  • Coordinating with business development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of quality kits and lab equipment.
  • Monitoring sales progress and providing regular updates to clients and management.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, DVM, Food Science, Microbiology, Poultry Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales specially in dairy farms or feed mills.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in the dairy industry, poultry, feed mills, beverage industry or scientific sector.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
