Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities by conducting cold calls and outreach efforts to engage potential clients.
  • Identify potential leads in target markets, build a strong lead pipeline, and actively pursue prospects through multiple outreach channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create customized content that speaks to the client's needs.
  • Nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintain strong client relationships to help generate repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
