Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a marketing professional to develop and execute effective social media strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing principles, be creative and analytical, and possess the ability to build and convert digital audiences.

The successful candidate will design and implement email campaigns to boost email marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage our company's social media presence across multiple channels.
  • Design engaging content to promote our brand and messaging.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social conversations about our company, competitors, and industry.
  • Run regular social promotions and track their success.
  • Drive consistent traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
Email Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Grow our email list organically.
  • Manage various email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
  • Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Active personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
  • Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, inbound marketing, and blogging.
  • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technology.
  • Excellent writer and communicator.
