Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning Manager to spearhead financial planning, reporting, and payment processes for our Agriculture Services function. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial records, robust internal controls, and seamless processing of farmer and transporter payments, while driving efficiency and best practices across finance operations.

This strategic position oversees the development of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing period-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and provide timely payments to farmers and transporters.

In addition to leading financial planning and reporting, this role involves developing reports and dashboards to provide transparency on key financial indicators. The Financial Planning Manager will also support management with insights on forecasts, risks, and opportunities, as well as develop pricing strategies based on market and cost trends.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Audit, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
  • Good understanding of accounting standards (local).
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
