The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager – Agriculture Trading to lead and expand our agri-trading operations in the region. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of agriculture commodities, strong market intelligence, and a proven track record in commodity procurement, sales, and trading.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage regional agri-trading operations, ensuring efficient procurement and sales of agricultural commodities.

· Develop and implement strategies to grow regional market share and profitability.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

· Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain dynamics to identify trading opportunities and mitigate risks.

· Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of trades.

· Oversee contract negotiation, quality assurance, and timely deliveries.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management standards.

· Provide regular market insights and performance reports to senior management.

· Lead and mentor regional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· 8–10 years of experience in agriculture trading, procurement, or supply chain management.

· Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· Strong understanding of Pakistan's agricultural commodity markets.

· Proven ability to drive sales and build strong supplier/buyer networks.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage teams across diverse locations.

· Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

· Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Competitive and based on experience.

Work Timing:

9 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Fri), 10 AM – 4 PM (Saturday)
