We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding new hires. This will involve developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans, identifying and pipeline candidates in line with long-term recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with management to understand business objectives and recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive direct sourcing of candidates utilizing in-house recruitment channels and networks.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and pipeline candidates in line with long-term recruitment strategies.
- Build strong relationships with management to understand business objectives and recruitment needs.
- Drive the recruitment process to strict quarterly headcount targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the technology industry and market trends.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology industry. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
