We're seeking a proactive and reliable Recruitment Specialist to manage the full hiring lifecycle, support onboarding/offboarding operations, and maintain a structured internal talent pool to support our growing, multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts
  • Lead the onboarding process: documentation, system access coordination, welcome and induction
  • Manage offboarding: resignations, exit interviews, system access removal, and asset tracking
  • Maintain updated records of joiners, leavers, and recruitment pipelines using Google Sheets or internal trackers
  • Ensure accurate employee files and HR documentation compliance
  • Coordinate with management for hiring plans and recruitment forecasting
  • Communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR coordination, ideally in a tech or operations-heavy environment
  • Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Mustakbil , and social channels
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and document organization
  • Self-driven and process-oriented ; able to manage multiple roles at once

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a tech startup , sustainability-focused company , or operations-driven environment
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRMS , or digital file management systems
