Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our high-performance talent acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in hiring top-tier, technical as well as non-technical talent with a primary focus on non-technical positions i.e., Marketing Head, CMO, Creative Directors, VP Sales, etc., at all levels across our organization—from senior leadership to individual contributors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, loves managing multiple priorities, and is an expert in building relationships with every stakeholder. Beyond recruitment, you will also contribute to shaping our company's brand & face value while exercising the highest standards of professionalism within or outside of our company and elevating our talent attraction strategy. You need to be professionally groomed who can take up the challenges of attending job fairs and representing Bredwares across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of non-technical roles, from entry-level to senior leadership.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct professional onboarding sessions with the new joiners and tell them about our culture and policies in a positive manner.
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance the employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic input on job descriptions, compensation structures, and interview processes.
  • Identify and attract top talent through a variety of sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and transparent recruitment experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movements to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on non-technical roles at all levels (individual contributors, mid-management, and senior leadership).
  • Proven expertise in employer branding and the ability to communicate a compelling company story to potential candidates.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-growth recruitment environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, high-priority searches simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and goals.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • A natural relationship-builder, adept at sourcing and engaging top talent across diverse networks.
