Job Description\

As a key player in our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop automated test scripts.

  • Execute existing automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects to ensure software quality standards are met.\
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing of healthcare software applications.\
  • Collaborate with technical implementation teams to understand clinical workflows and regulatory considerations.\
  • Conduct post-configurations/deployment verification and validation to ensure successful implementation and address any issues reported by healthcare providers or patients.\
  • Review third-party application and end-to-end workflow up to delivery channels to ensure day-to-day operations are being performed smoothly.\
  • Perform ad-hoc testing on urgent customer-reported issues to identify root causes and mitigate impact on healthcare operations and patient care.\
  • Document and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, clinical use cases, and patient care pathways to anticipate potential quality concerns.\
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to prioritize and address customer-reported issues.\
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance software usability, clinical decision-making, and patient engagement based on customer feedback.\
  • Collaborate with other QA team members to identify automation requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios that should be automated.\
