
Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and courteous professional to manage the front desk and provide administrative support at our school.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling phone calls, maintaining visitor logs, managing correspondence, supporting scheduling, filing, and data entry, as well as coordinating with vendors and internal staff.
Key Skills:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (school/NGO preferred)
- Good communication skills in English & Urdu
- Proficiency in MS Office
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
