Job Summary

We seek a skilled and experienced professional to lead our tax services team in delivering high-quality resources to clients across the region.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of corporate tax, tax compliance, and tax auditing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver tax services, manage client compliance and reporting needs, and maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, implement standardized processes, identify risks, escalate issues, and drive performance-improvement solutions.
  • Assist in generating new business opportunities and build client networks within the client base to grow in the region.
  • Create, lead and motivate high-performing teams, foster a positive learning culture, coach junior team members, and support their development.
  • Assist in managing engagement economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders.
  • Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation or related fields.
  • MBA, Masters or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, ideally within a large professional services firm or similar environment.
  • Strong background in corporate tax, tax compliance, tax accounting and tax auditing, ideally within a large professional services firm or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated managerial, organizational and project management experience.
