We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in multiple work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support, including utility bill payment, office equipment management, vehicle management, office supplies and IT equipment inventory and maintenance, invoice registration and collection, receipt and delivery services, attendance management, etc.
  2. Assist with tasks such as accommodation management, supplier procurement, travel arrangements, and visa applications.
  3. Prepare, update, and execute contracts related to administrative matters in English.
  4. Support in organizing team-building activities and social events.
  5. Oversee regular annual vehicle inspections, tire changes, and other necessary services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software applications, and excellent communication skills. A driver's license and driving skills are preferred. Fluency in English is required.
