Cloud Solution Architect - Microsoft 365 Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our team and help drive business applications & AI transformation on the Microsoft 365 platform. This is a customer-facing role, owning both the technical relationship and strategy between customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive positive Customer Satisfaction by leveraging M365 Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.
  2. Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to relevant teams to enable continuous improvement.
  3. Actively engage with business and technical decision-makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of M365, securing long-term customer engagements.
  4. Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision-makers to ensure they understand M365 value proposition.
  5. Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services & technical subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow-through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
