About the Position

We are looking for a Housing Project Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for real estate sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling residential and commercial plots in our premium housing projects. They will identify and generate leads, contact potential clients, and negotiate sales deals. A strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  2. Contact potential clients to present and explain the features and benefits of our plots and housing projects.
  3. Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers to provide detailed project information.
  4. Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  5. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and client needs to tailor sales strategies.
  6. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate or a related industry (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
