Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Systems Analyst. In this position, you will serve as a liaison between our business stakeholders and technical teams. Your primary responsibility will be to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business objectives into actionable recommendations and project plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">

  • Gather project requirements through meetings with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

    ">">

  • Analyze existing systems, perform data and gap analysis, and document requirements

    ">">

  • Develop low and high-fidelity designs based on stakeholder feedback and propose automation ideas aligned with strategic goals

    ">">

  • Lead the development of prototype frontends, conduct testing, and gather approvals from stakeholders

    ">">

  • Conduct impact assessments, ensure requirements traceability, and manage error handling and help guidelines

    ">">

  • Partner with engineering teams during development phases to ensure code meets requirements, oversee post-development reviews, and coordinate testing phases

    ">">

  • Develop strategy plans for product rollout and adoption, prepare release notes, and coordinate customer support training

    ">">

  • Create WalkMe videos and user training guides to ensure smooth adoption of new features and products

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a minimum 3.5 CGPA

    ">">

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data

  • Experience in IT healthcare domain is preferred

  • Familiarity with tools such as Balsamiq, Team Foundation Server, MATLAB, and GIS

  • Understanding of Web API, XML, JSON, and integration or interoperability frameworks
