Job description

Role Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the US healthcare domain, AI (including Agentic AI), data analytics, and healthcare systems like EHR and Practice Management Systems. This role bridges business, clinical, and technical teams to deliver data-driven and AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize healthcare workflows (EHR, PM systems, payer-provider interactions).
  • Gather and document requirements (BRD, FRS, SRS); lead Agile sprints and ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design Agentic AI and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Define KPIs and deliver dashboards/reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Support SDLC processes, including QA, UAT, and production validation.
  • Work with big data platforms to generate actionable insights from large healthcare datasets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 3–5+ in US healthcare (payer/provider, EHR, RCM).
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, ICD/CPT, FHIR, HL7, and healthcare compliance.
  • Proficient in SQL, data visualization, and familiar with AI/ML concepts and Agentic AI.
  • Experience across SDLC, QA, Agile (Scrum), and healthcare analytics projects.

Preferred:

  • Certifications: CBAP, CSPO, PMI-PBA.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGPT, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Background in value-based care, population health, or clinical AI use cases.
