
Sales and Business Development Manager

A senior sales executive is required to manage client relationships, close high-value deals, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients to generate leads and convert them into successful property sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors to ensure long-term business success.
- Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate insights.
- Property Presentations: Conduct property tours, explain features, and highlight investment potential to prospective buyers.
- Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms, prepare sales contracts, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and company regulations.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Other: Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. Strong network within the real estate industry is a plus.
