Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our sponsorship and fundraising efforts.

This role is a percentage-based position, meaning compensation will be directly tied to the funds raised.

1. Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure sponsors for events, training programs, and international competitions.
2. Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with our goals and objectives.
3. Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of supporting our cause.
4. Event Coordination: Collaborate with event organizers and other stakeholders to ensure that sponsor needs and expectations are met during events.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on fundraising activities, sponsorship agreements, and financial targets.
6. Network Building: Establish and grow a network of potential sponsors, partners, and donors within Pakistan and internationally.
7. Compliance: Ensure that all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

1. Proven experience in business development, fundraising, or sales, preferably within the sports industry or non-profit sector.
2. Strong network of contacts within the corporate sector, philanthropic organizations, or relevant industries.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations.
5. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
6. Familiarity with business development or a strong interest in entrepreneurship is an advantage.

Compensation: This is a percentage-based position. The Business Development Manager will earn a commission based on a percentage of the total funds raised.
