We are seeking a Technical Bid Writer to join our team, focusing on public sector bids and tenders. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and contributing to the bids and tender process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft detailed and informative responses to bid questions in line with customer specifications.
  • Conduct research across multiple departments and on customer profiles to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
  • Attend and participate in bid kick-off meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update a library of existing and in-progress bids.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a minimum of five years of experience in bid writing and managing tenders, ideally within the public sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bid and Tender Writing: Strong background in handling Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in all bid-related documents.
  • Time Management: Excellent time-keeping skills and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using the MS Office suite and familiarity with bid management tools.
