Main Responsibilities
  • Design academic frameworks that translate learning science into actionable curricula, motivational systems, and app designs.
  • Oversee academic performance reviews to ensure alignment, accountability, and positive outcomes in school teams.
  • Analyze data and conduct interviews to create comprehensive academic ecosystem reviews, identify barriers to accelerated learning, and propose targeted interventions.
  • Ensure strategic alignment through planning, feedback mechanisms, and milestone tracking to keep focus on student learning goals.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience leading academic or EdTech teams with proven exceptional learning outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing AI or technology to enhance learning processes.
  • Established record of public thought leadership, including media appearances, keynote speeches, publications, or advisory roles.
  • Strong skills in performance management and data analysis.
