Academic Leadership Opportunity

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive academic plans, including curriculum outlines, scheduling frameworks, and evaluation criteria for all campuses.
  2. Formulate educational policies, admission procedures, examination protocols, and discipline guidelines for effective implementation.
  3. Suggest improvements for educational quality, review syllabus coverage, and provide training programs for instructors and moderators.
  4. Assist in preparing critical documents according to policy and academic calendar, ensure timely examinations, and analyze results.
  5. Monitor weekly attendance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  6. Maintain regular consultations with stakeholders and document advice provided.
  7. Visit campuses to assess issues and submit recommendations for resolution.
  8. Determine staff requirements and facilitate timely hiring as per established procedures.
  9. Guide campuses in annual evaluations, recommendations for promotions or increments, and budget allocation.
  10. Analyze inspection and training department results and performance metrics.
  11. Resolve complex educational issues and provide expert advice from management and guardians.
  12. Identify content for the MADANI Channel and coordinate through the Media Department.
  13. Foster participation in educational gatherings and conferences.
  14. Manage student admissions, school registrations, and affiliations across Madinah.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
