Team Lead Position: Labor Room

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Team Lead in our labor room.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the labor room, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and attention.

- Supervise and coordinate the work of the nursing team in the labor room.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support continuous quality improvement.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
- Recruit, train, and develop new staff members to meet the needs of the labor room.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure excellence in patient care.
- BSN/General Nursing Diploma with Specialty or higher relevant education and valid PNC.
- Must have experience in labor room.
