We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer support professional to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA.
  2. Generate leads through effective communication.
  3. Appointment Setting: Set appointments with clients to discuss further solutions.
  4. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
  5. Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Matric or Above
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
