Customer Service Representative Role Summary:

Responsibilities:

    - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Product Knowledge and Training:
    - Stay up-to-date on educational products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
    - Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills.
  4. Collaboration and Reporting:
    - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and achieving revenue goals.
    - Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
