Key Responsibilities

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will deliver informative training sessions, assist new team members in navigating their onboarding schedule, and contribute to the growth of our onboarding program.

You will specialize in delivering training content to new team members and responding to stakeholder requests. You will lead initiatives to maintain the program's curriculum relevance and engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training to entry to mid-level front-line staff
  • Support multiple classes of new team members through their ramp period
  • Coach new team members on sales strategy and process adherence
  • Conduct exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Source and/or create Enablement content including slide decks, videos, eLearning experiences, email templates, and talking points
  • Schedule training sessions
  • Align with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager on launching new onboarding initiatives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years building content and facilitating training across a multi-site organization
  • 2+ years of progressive responsibility in Enablement, Learning & Development or Training roles in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • Solid knowledge of corporate training techniques
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
