Incident Investigation Leader

We seek a seasoned incident investigation leader to spearhead the investigation of incidents and allegations within our mining operations. As an expert in mining operations or oil and gas, you will utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive positive change.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive investigations, documenting all facts surrounding incidents or allegations.
  • Prepare concise reports for security personnel, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Identify suspects involved in crimes or acts of misconduct, managing investigative response and resources effectively.
  • Travel within Pakistan for security visits, inspections, investigations, conferences, and meetings as required.
  • Manage confidential documents related to investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain awareness of social network trends, conducting basic investigations into marketplace advertisements featuring company equipment for sale.

Key Requirements

  • Current law enforcement certification and 5+ years of experience in investigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in computer software programs.
  • Able to work independently, high organizational and detail-oriented abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SNCO rank with affiliated courses or Officer with former Queen's Commission within the Military Police.
  • State or Federal Police Officer with investigation experience.
