We're seeking a highly skilled Global Talent and Operations Partner to join our team at Avanceon Middle East & South Asia.

In this role, you'll drive global talent operations, lead end-to-end recruitment, and ensure a smooth employee experience for our international workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead international recruitment projects from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top global talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements across different regions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for international new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international employees on HR-related matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems with a focus on data integrity and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, engagement, and offboarding, to foster a people-first culture.
  • Track and report key talent metrics (time-to-hire, retention, engagement) and suggest data-driven improvements to optimize global HR operations.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or people experience roles.
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR, Workday).
