Junior Finance Professional

A key role at our organization is the Junior Finance Executive. This position plays a vital part in managing financial operations, developing financial strategies, and providing crucial insights to support informed decision-making. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review monthly and quarterly tax statements for accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit payroll taxes on time.
  • Coordinate with other departments on financial matters.
  • Review daily accounting transactions.
  • Perform general accounting and purchase ledger tasks.
  • Update bank records and accounts regularly.
  • Monitor bank transactions for discrepancies.
  • Check the group inbox and voice messages.

Requirements:

  • Possess an MBA (Finance)/ACCA (Part-Qualified) degree and relevant academic qualifications.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance-related roles.
  • Familiarity with taxation-related matters including corporate tax, withholding tax filling, sales tax, and income tax.
  • Experience in petty cash handling and monthly/Biweekly invoicing.
  • Coordinate with tax advisors for compliance with tax notices.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Treasury management with SECP compliance.
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERPs is advantageous.
  • Provident Fund and Gratuity management.
  • Flexibility to work in a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm under a hybrid work model.
