Job Title: Customer Service Liaison
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, live chats, and emails.
- Provide Solutions: Utilize your problem-solving skills to provide timely and accurate responses to customer concerns and issues.
- Ticket Management: Manage and track customer interactions using Zendesk or related ticketing software.
- Categorization and Resolution: Ensure all customer inquiries are logged, categorized, and resolved efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating issues when necessary.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Product Education: Provide information and educate customers on product features, policies, and procedures.
- Quality Standards: Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions.
