Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, live chats, and emails.
  • Provide Solutions: Utilize your problem-solving skills to provide timely and accurate responses to customer concerns and issues.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and track customer interactions using Zendesk or related ticketing software.
  • Categorization and Resolution: Ensure all customer inquiries are logged, categorized, and resolved efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Product Education: Provide information and educate customers on product features, policies, and procedures.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zendesk or related ticketing software.
