About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading quality management activities, driving execution based on established SOPs, and overseeing QC inspection schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders on product safety, testing, and social compliance;
  • Coaching factory partners on good manufacturing practices and continuous improvement;
  • Investigating customer complaints and developing corrective action plans;
  • Developing regular KPI reporting and driving continuous improvement;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality assurance, operations management);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field;
  • Proven track record of driving quality excellence and improving processes;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality assurance, operations management);
  • Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQA, CRE);
  • Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Language Requirements:

Fluent English language proficiency required.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with frequent travel requirements.
