Our company is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Deal Specialist - Pursuit Excellence. This position will be based in Pakistan, Lebanon, or Jordan.The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting strategic and high-value pursuits across the MENA region. They will serve as the central driver for pursuit planning, coordination, and execution, partnering with client-serving teams to deliver winning proposals and compelling deal strategies.This role requires strong project management and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pursuit and/or business development environments and be able to influence and challenge teams constructively to drive strategic thinking and quality output.We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and strategic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will also drive and track pursuit project plans, timelines, workstreams, interdependencies, and key milestones.In addition, you will facilitate pursuit strategy discussions and help craft differentiated win themes focused on client needs while protecting EY's interests. You will develop compelling client-facing content, including proposals, executive summaries, and presentations, in collaboration with stakeholders.This role involves coordinating with creative services, insights professionals, and other internal resources to elevate proposal quality. You will capture knowledge and lessons learned to enhance EY's pursuit best practices and tools.The successful candidate will apply and promote the use of AI-enabled proposal development tools to drive innovation and efficiency. They will act as the 'glue' of the pursuit team, keeping everyone aligned, engaged, and focused on the win strategy.You will build strong relationships with Service Line, Account, and Business Development leaders.
