As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to enhance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote satisfaction, collaboration, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Plan, organize, and execute internal events, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in internal communications, event planning, or a related role.
  3. Familiarity with branding strategies and tools.
