Job Overview
As a Recruitment Specialist in a marketing company, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting mostly SMMs, Video Editors, Graphic Designers etc. to fill open positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments or tests to evaluate candidates' job-related skills and abilities.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles. Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback when necessary.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment. Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, and provide regular reports to management to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Long-term Recruitment Planning: Focuses on building a pipeline of talent for current and future needs. Aligns with business goals and emphasizes brand-building to attract top candidates. Includes employer branding, employee retention, workforce planning, and building partnerships (e.g., with universities or industry organizations).
Qualifications:
- +2 years Experience in Talent Acquisition
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with Western culture.
- Comfortable making calls to candidates and talking on the phone.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
Working Conditions
- This position operates in an office environment.
- You should be able to work from our office.
- Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Ability to travel to NUST, H-12 Islamabad.
Budget:
80k - 100k PKR (1-2 Years of average experience and skillsets)
110k - 130k PKR (1-2 Years of relevant experience and skillsets)
