About the Job

The ideal candidate will support and enhance the learning culture across our organization by developing, executing and evaluating training programs and learning initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute and evaluate training programs and learning initiatives
  • Identify employee learning needs with HR and departmental leads
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees
  • Track and maintain training participation and completion data using LMS tools
  • Assist in developing training content, manuals and digital learning materials
  • Analyze post-training feedback to assess learning impact and areas for improvement
  • Ccoordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops and seminars

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a training or development role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with LMS or e-learning platforms
