Job Description

PalmPay is a leading fintech platform that offers accessible, easy-to-use, and rewarding financial services. With over 40 million users across emerging markets, we are building a digital financial ecosystem that empowers individuals and businesses.


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team as we expand into new markets. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to build, optimize, and deliver high-quality fintech solutions.


The Technical Product Manager will lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including the design of comprehensive test cases and end-to-end user scenarios to ensure product readiness. They will also own the product strategy and roadmap for the onboarding experience, aligning it with business goals and user needs.


The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of software development processes and API integrations, experience in leading and executing UAT, and proficiency in data analysis and deriving insights from user behavior. They will also have hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation, and the ability to define product requirements and prioritize features.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a solid understanding of software development processes and API integrations
  • Lead and coordinate UAT cycles
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the onboarding experience
  • Use data-driven insights to identify friction points and optimization opportunities
  • Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to continuously improve key onboarding metrics
  • Collect and synthesize user feedback and behavioral data

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in a product, onboarding, or technical role within a Fintech or SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and API integrations
  • Experience in leading and executing UAT
  • Proficiency in data analysis and deriving insights from user behavior
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation
