Commercial Business Development Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Business Development Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving commercial growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial sales and be able to build strong relationships with clients. They will also have a deep understanding of commercial contracts and be able to navigate complex sales negotiations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage the CRM system to track client interactions and relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions for customers.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Oversee internal and external communications.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years of commercial/sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract drafting.
  • Prior experience in Aviation or Aerospace industries.
  • Key account management and events management skills.
