We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Retail Invoice Matching Specialist. This key position will be responsible for leveraging expertise in Oracle ReIM (Retail Invoice Matching) to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on ReIM, utilizing a deep understanding of Oracle Financials, primarily Accounts Payable.
  • Configure, support, and enhance Oracle ReIM functionalities, including invoice validation, matching, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions for retail invoice processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline invoice matching workflows and resolve exceptions.
  • Develop design documents, test scenarios, and user guides for ReIM-related projects.
  • Support interfaces and integrations between Oracle ReIM and other Oracle modules, such as RMS and EBS Financials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ReIM, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Engage with Oracle Support to address product-related issues and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in techno-functional roles with Oracle Financials, particularly Accounts Payable and GL.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ReIM, covering configuration, customization, and functional support.
  • A solid understanding of the ReIM lifecycle, including invoice matching logic, discrepancy management, and resolution workflows.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Retail modules, such as RMS, and their integration points with ReIM.
  • Experience with ReIM integration to Oracle EBS or Oracle Financials Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding of retail procurement, vendor management, or chargebacks is an asset.
